Telecom Sales Online Training is a Cronin Certification Course customized for rural broadband providers – transforming staff from order-takers to highly ambitious salespersons. We’re bringing it to you live for an engaging experience!

Enrolled participants attend live webinars online using Cisco WebEx every Wednesday at 3:00 ET for six weeks – April 17 through May 22, 2019 – to learn about selling advanced telecommunications services. Each webinar is about one-hour. Don’t worry, it’s not two-way video. You can only hear and see our presentation.

A day prior to each live webinar, participants will receive an email containing the written tutorial and the link and teleconference instructions to access the live webinar. Participants will also receive a reminder email shortly before the live webinar. The class is also recorded and archived for on-demand learning in our online training site, so participants have the flexibility to learn when it’s convenient for their schedules.

On-demand Training

Train on-demand and learn when it’s convenient for you!

All webinars are presented live, but they’re also recorded and archived for on-demand learning. Participants are given personal login credentials to gain access to the on-demand video, written tutorial and supporting material for each class. Classes will accumulate in our online training site as they are presented each week. Participants can log in and learn on-demand 24/7.

On-demand learning gives teams the flexibility to maintain office or field coverage and train when it is convenient for the company’s schedule. Learning from the conference room, desk or at home – on almost any computer or device – has never been easier!

Written tutorials and bonus supporting materials can be combined into an electronic notebook and kept for ongoing reference.

Participants receive a 5 to 10 page written tutorial for each class. The written tutorial is a primer to the information participants learn in the class. Ideally, it should be read prior to viewing the live webinar or on-demand video.

Participants also receive bonus supporting materials throughout the course. They include:

After completing all six classes, participants will be emailed a study guide to help them prepare for a 30-point multiple-choice online test. They must correctly answer 80% of the questions to achieve certification and completion of the course. The test may be retaken, as needed.
